Is there a room block available at the Mayflower Hotel?

Yes! The room block rate is $349 per night and you can book one night here. If you need to book for additional nights, please contact Courtney Phelan at cphelan@refugeassociation.org so that we can get you set up.

what time does the event start and end?

5:30PM - 7:00PM: Reception

7:00PM - 9:00PM: Dinner

9:00PM - 10:00PM: Dessert Reception

Where is the mayflower hotel?

The Mayflower Hotel is located in downtown Washington, DC. The address is 1127 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC 20036.

What is the attire?

Business or business casual however, there is no formal dress code.

Will i receive a physical ticket?

No. You will check in at a table, receive a name tag, and receive your table number.

Is there assigned seating?

Guests will be assigned a table number which you will receive when you check in.

how can i commute around the city?

Washington, DC has a great Metro rail! It’s very easy to use. You can view the Metro map here.

HOw do I purchase a metro card?

There are kiosks at each metro stop. The cards cost $10 which will include $8 you can use for travel. The metro charges your metro card depending on how far you are traveling. You can also download the SmarTrip App and use that for payment instead of buying a physical card.

Can I purchase individual tickets?

Of course! Individual tickets can be purchased for $500 each. You can purchase them online here, or contact Courtney Phelan at cphelan@refugeassociation.org if you would like to send a check.
